Super Sunday June 6th, 2010

The traditional Craft Show this year will take place on June 6th, 2010 and is the start of Washington Week -- a celebration of the beginning of summer. In addition to the crafters and exhibitors at the show, the Washington Historical Society invites local non-profit organizations to exhibit with no fee for their space.

Antique and Collectibles Show June 12th and 13th, 2010

The first annual Antique and Collectible Show will be held inside the Octagon House Barn on June 12th and 13th, 2010 and is part of Washington's Art and Orchard Festival

The Show is the principal fund raiser for the Greater Washington Area Historical Society, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. All of the people who assist at the show are volunteers. The Museum is open for tours on June 6th  and no admission is charged. Current exhibits include a music room, a Victorian bedroom, a 1930s kitchen, a war room, an extensive Boy Scout collection, a George Washington display, and information about the history of the Washington area and families that have lived here. 

Details for all the activities are to be finalized. The Museum will be open for self-guided tours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
